Full inspection of pump, motor, filter, heater and automation. Lubrication, gasket check, written report with any recommended repairs.
Disassemble filter, chemical-soak cartridges (replacements quoted separately), clean housing, reassemble and pressure-test.
Cell removed, scaled in muriatic bath, plates inspected, output calibrated. Quarterly recommended for most salt pools.
Bead-blast or chemical detail to remove calcium scale and hard-water staining along the waterline. Restores tile to like-new.
Drained-pool service. Plaster acid wash, stain treatment, refill and chemistry start-up. Typical service for older or recently neglected pools.
Mow, edge and blow for typical residential lots up to ~5,000 sq ft. Battery-powered equipment on residential routes.
Mow, edge, blow, hedge touch-up, bed weeding, drip-line check, green-waste haul. Same crew, same day each visit.
Hand and powered pruning for hedges, shrubs and small ornamentals up to 10 ft. Includes haul-away.
Cedar, bark or compost mulch — delivered, weed-cloth where appropriate, spread and edged. Refreshes beds for the season.
Smart-controller programming, leak hunt, emitter and head replacement, zone walkthrough and a written watering schedule.
Old-turf removal, soil prep, fresh sod (Marathon II or Bolero), and a 30-day water-in plan with check-ins.
Spring or fall service: hard prune, dead-head, weed beds, replace tired annuals, top-dress mulch. A reset for the season.
One hour on-site with Jamie. Hand sketch of changes, plant suggestions, a written budget range. Credited toward any design project.
