A pool that gets the same eyes on it every week stays clear, stays balanced and costs less to maintain over the long run. We track readings in a private log, replace cartridges before they fail, and leave a written summary after every visit.

Weekly chemistry Free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, CYA — every visit, logged.
Equipment care We inspect pump, filter, salt cell and heater on every fourth visit.

Plenty of crews can mow a lawn. We're after the unfussy, well-kept look — clean edges, healthy soil, the right plant in the right spot, and irrigation that uses water sparingly. Our regular maintenance routes book up on a first-come basis each spring.

Design

Backyard plans drawn by the person who'll build them.

Jamie draws every plan herself — to scale, on real paper, then in CAD if you want to see materials and lighting at night. Most homeowners start with a one-hour walkthrough and leave with a sketch and a realistic budget.
